Job summary

Rockingham County is seeking a Medication Care Partner to deliver high quality, person-centered care to residents on the 2nd shift. You will engage with residents and families, observe changes, and communicate with care coordinators while following safety and infection control policies.

The role requires an MNA, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/BLS certification; NCCC is welcomed but not required. Rockingham County offers a comprehensive benefits package and a generous PTO plan.
