Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents. You will help administer prescribed medications, maintain EMAR/MAR documentation, and support a safe, peaceful community environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Perform medication cart audits and maintain the cart.
• Report incidents and concerns to supervising staff and the Daily Log.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of resident information.
• Support move-in transitions and provide emotional support to residents.
