Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Medication Aide to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will administer medications, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain accurate records in a caring, team-oriented environment.

The role requires a 1-year background in caregiving or CNA, English fluency, and completing Medication Aide training where required by state regulations. We offer a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant in a residential or long-term care setting (state requirements may apply).
• Must read, write and speak English clearly to communicate with residents and staff.
• Medication Aide training and certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance to residents per state regulations and company policy, including pouring, preparing, and documenting administration.
• Maintain and secure the medication cart and storage areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily care needs as required.
• Document accurately in medication records and incident reports.
• Support dining services during meals and encourage participation in activities.
