Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving or CNA experience for the elderly.
• Must read/write/speak English to communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides medication assistance per state regs and policy.
• Maintains medication cart and storage room orderly.
• Counts and secures medications accurately for shifts.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Engages residents in social activities and conversation.
• Documents care and medication administration promptly.
• Supports residents' rights and reports changes to nursing staff.
