Job summary

Harmony seeks a dedicated Medication Aide to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration within licensed scope. The role includes documenting in EMAR/MAR, assisting with move-ins, and ensuring safety during emergencies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CNA and Med Tech licenses, and completion of medication training. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain resident areas.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Document resident status and medication administration in EMAR/MAR and Daily Log.
