Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living Beaverton, OR is seeking a Caregiver/CNA to provide medication assistance and daily resident care in a compassionate, resident-centered setting.

You will maintain accurate medication records, assist with activities of daily living, participate in dining, and support a friendly team environment. Minimum one year of caregiving experience and English proficiency are required; Medication Aide training may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiver or CNA experience.
• Must read/write/speak English to communicate with residents.
• Must complete Medication Aide training where required.
• Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance per state regulations and company policy.
• Maintain medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner.
• Ensure accurate medication counts and security of cart/storage room.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Engage residents in conversations and activities while providing care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Complete documentation such as MARs and incident reports timely.
• Assist in dining room during meal times and support resident outings.
• Support housekeeping tasks as needed.
