Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or sales operations.
• 3+ years of domain experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Part D, or managed care.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, interpreting models, and building business cases.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; experience presenting to VP/C-suite audiences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for Medicare sales stakeholders — from problem framing and scoping through analysis, recommendations, and implementation support
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data Science teams to identify business challenges and design data-informed solutions
• Develop and present executive-level deliverables: strategic roadmaps, business cases, performance assessments, and go-to-market recommendations
• Translate complex data outputs from analytics and data science teams into clear, actionable business narratives
• Lead Medicare market assessments, competitive analyses, and sales channel optimization initiatives
• Support annual planning cycles including AEP readiness, territory planning, and sales force sizing
• Drive change management and adoption efforts when new strategies or tools are introduced to the sales organization
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the consulting practice's impact across the enterprise
