Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Strategy for Medicare Advantage to lead market-driven product initiatives. You will align with CMS requirements, partner with sales, actuary, and product teams, and drive growth across assigned markets.

You will guide strategy development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver member-centered health plans that meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of Medicare Advantage product experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed health plan.
• 3+ years developing product strategies with competitive data and partners.
• Experience driving cost containment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with plan benefit data sets.
• Experience developing product content/PPT; strong leadership presentation ability.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy initiatives and serve as main point of contact for the market’s Product Strategy team.
• Provide expertise and thought leadership for strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop product requirements and roadmaps; incorporate customer feedback into strategy.
• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning; support special projects.
