Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Consulting to lead strategic advisory and delivery for our Medicare sales organization. You will bridge data science, operations, and business strategy to translate analytical insights into executable recommendations, guiding engagements that improve enrollment growth, sales effectiveness, and market competitiveness across Medicare Advantage and Part D.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or sales operations.
3+ years of domain experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Part D, or managed care.
Strong ability to lead cross‑functional projects and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; experience with VP/C‑suite audiences.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for Medicare sales stakeholders—from framing to implementation.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data Science to design data-informed solutions.
Develop executive deliverables: strategic roadmaps, business cases, and performance assessments.
Translate analytics outputs into clear, actionable business narratives.
Lead Medicare market assessments, competitive analyses, and sales channel optimization.
Support annual planning cycles, territory planning, and sales force sizing.
Drive change management when new strategies or tools are introduced.
Identify opportunities to expand the consulting practice's impact.
