The role focuses on driving new member enrollment and sales growth, supporting retention, cross-selling, and building trusted relationships through accurate product knowledge and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in Medicare sales, health insurance, customer service, or inside sales preferred
• Active health insurance license (or ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales, production, and enrollment goals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Consult with and educate prospective and existing members on Medicare products, benefits, and coverage options through inbound and outbound calls
• Assess individual needs, recommend appropriate Medicare plans, and facilitate enrollments while delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Meet established production, retention, and performance goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions, sales activity, and enrollment activity within company systems
• Identify additional coverage needs and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a member-focused approach
• Stay informed on Medicare guidelines, carrier products, and organizational procedures to ensure accurate communication and service delivery
