Job summary

MCS Puerto Rico seeks a field promotions associate to represent MCS Classicare at CMS-approved events and activities. You will ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, gather prospect information, and manage required forms and logs while coordinating with regional supervisors.

The role requires travel to various sale points, weekend and extended hours availability, and a valid Driver's License in Puerto Rico. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: Four-year high school diploma. No prior experience is required.
• A Driver's License valid in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required.
• Car in good condition. Works weekends, extended hours, and on rotation (day and night). Available to travel to different points of sale as assigned.
• Languages: Spanish – Intermediate, English – Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Promotes MCS Classicare products at CMS-approved events, complying with Medicare Marketing Guidelines.
• Brings equipment and supplies to events (tents, tables, banners, promotional material).
• Collects prospect information and completes scope of appointment forms per CMS requirements.
• Completes daily activity logs and reports to region promoter supervisor.
• Identifies strategic sales points and coordinates with region supervisor for authorization.
