Job summary

MCS Puerto Rico is seeking a sales oriented professional to lead orientations and presentations about MCS Advantage’s Medicare line to potential clients and beneficiaries in Puerto Rico. You will follow CMS regulations and company goals to sell and renew eligible products.

The role requires coordinating daily appointments, submitting enrollment forms, and meeting sales quotas. A valid driver’s license and health services license are required, and a car is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in health insurance.
• Licenses: Driver's License valid in Puerto Rico and Health Services License.
• Unlicensed candidates may apply if they commit to becoming licensed.
• Must have a car in good condition.
• Spanish – Intermediate; English – Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Generates referrals by participating in activities that MCS sponsors or is led by the sales representative.
• Submits enrollment forms to the Service Center within the required timeframe.
• Arranges and coordinates daily appointments and reports results daily.
• Conducts at least four visits per day to potential beneficiaries or providers to present orientations.
• Ensures memberships and orientations are properly completed and submitted to the supervisor.
