Job summary

MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC. seeks a Regional Sales Representative in Puerto Rico to lead orientations and presentations of MCS Advantage products to eligible beneficiaries, per CMS rules and company goals.

You will generate referrals, coordinate appointments, and submit enrollment forms, while aiming to meet weekly and monthly quotas. A health services license, valid PR driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 3 years sales experience in health insurance preferred.
• 60 approved credits equivalent to two years of university studies plus one year sales experience.
• Licenses: current health services license; provisional allowed if passing exam on first attempt.
• Valid PR driver’s license and a car; car in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Generates referrals by participating in MCS-sponsored activities.
• Works and submits referred leads within 48 business hours.
• Coordinates daily appointments and delivers results reports.
• Makes at least four daily visits to beneficiaries/providers to create orientation opportunities.
• Submits enrollment forms and ensures documents contain orientation authorization as required.
