MCS Puerto Rico is seeking a sales-oriented professional to lead orientations and presentations that promote MCS Advantage products to eligible Medicare beneficiaries in Puerto Rico, adhering to CMS regulations and company goals. Education and Experience: High School Diploma. Minimum three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry or related areas (i.e., sales coordinator, sales executive, sales assistant, renewals specialist, telemarketing representative)
OR
Education and Experience: 60 approved credits equivalent to two (2) years of university studies and one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry or related areas, i.e., sales coordinator, sales executives, sales assistant, renewals specialist, telemarketing representative)
Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements.
Certifications / Licenses: A Driver's License valid in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required. A valid Health Services License is required. (Unlicensed candidates or those with a provisional license are accepted. If not licensed, candidates must commit to becoming certified by passing the examination provided by the Commissioner of Insurance on their first attempt.)
Others: Must have a car in good condition.
