Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive to build relationships with Medicare seniors and engage them as patients in the local community. You will work closely with Outreach Managers and Directors to drive new patient growth within your territory.

Responsibilities include lead generation through events, CRM usage, and proactive outreach via email and calls, while collaborating with insurance agents and center teams to address patient needs and questions.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
• Team player and contributor to the team performance.
• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads by engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local outreach.
• Maintaining CRM and marketing program knowledge through scheduled meetings.
• Prospecting and cold calling to prospects and new leads.
• Nurturing prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborating with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and managers to drive local lead generation.
• Maintaining touchpoints with prospects and recording sales activity in CRM.
• Serving as a point of contact for clinical or center teams with questions about patients.
