Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, seeks an Outreach Executive to engage Medicare seniors and convert them into patients. You will build relationships within the community and collaborate with CRM and center teams to drive local patient growth.

The role covers lead generation, event outreach, and collaboration with Outreach Managers/Directors. This is a full-time, on-site position in New York, offering a competitive base pay and benefits.

Formación

• Experience in sales and/or healthcare preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Polish, Russian) a plus.
• Strong prioritization, organization and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through local event outreach and community activities.
• Maintain knowledge of sales systems and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads; explore digital channels and referrals from others.
• Nurture prospective patients and pursue new patient opportunities via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive local patient growth.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with prospects to sustain engagement and growth in the territory.
• Capture and record customer information and sales activity in CRM and other systems.
• Serve as touchpoint for clinical/center staff to resolve questions about patients.
• Resolve concerns and complaints by guiding prospects or directing to the right Oak Street Health employee.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
