Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Senior Retention Manager to lead a team of retention performance managers and drive Medicare member retention across local markets, regions, and nationally.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Medicare sales or related field; Master’s degree preferred; and willingness to travel and work some weekends. NY resident. You will analyze data, educate beneficiaries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience.

Job description

Position Purpose: Maximizes member retention across the Enterprise by managing a team of retention performance managers that identifies, researches, prioritizes and determines the appropriate course of action for all applicable business matters. Directs monitors and contributes to special projects aimed at reducing Medicare member disenrollment in local markets, regions and nationally. Collaborates across business teams to execute retention campaigns to improve member experience with the health plan.

Key Details: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

Candidate must reside in the state of New York.

Candidate will need to be ok with travel and working some weekends.

Experience with Medicare / Medicaid sales and being a people leader is highly preferred.

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience preferably in Medicare industry. Master’s degree preferred. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
