Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to operate in designated territories across the United States. The role is field-based with a strong emphasis on in-home visits, community events, and direct member engagement to educate on Medicare Advantage plans and ancillary offerings.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and requires living in the assigned territory. The pay range includes base salary plus commission, with flexibility based on location and

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at events, or in the community.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Use iPad and digital platforms to support member consultations, enrollments and CRM updates.
