Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to join the MarketPoint Sales team. This remote, territory-based role requires in-home member visits and community events to educate on Medicare Advantage plans alongside Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription offerings.

You will work under the Senior Manager and Regional Director, travel as needed, and use company systems to manage enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-ups. Training is provided, with base pay and incentive components.

Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain an active Health Insurance license before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and events.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Proficient with iPad, mobile apps, CRM, email, and virtual tools.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms for enrollment and communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and offerings to individuals.
• Differentiate Humana through in-home visits and community outreach.
• Grow sales volume by meeting performance goals and building relationships.
• Leverage technology to support member consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates.
