Humana, Inc. is hiring for a field-based role focused on educating individuals about Medicare Advantage plans and related products. The position emphasizes face-to-face interaction through home visits and community events to build trust and expand Humana’s presence.

The role requires driving to communities, using iPads and CRM tools for enrollments and follow-ups, and achieving sales targets within the designated local territory.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members’ homes, events, and community activities.
• Familiarity with multiple technology platforms including enrollment tools, CRM, email, and virtual tools.

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
• Utilize company-issued iPads and digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, documentation and CRM updates.
