Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in designated local territories.

This field-based role involves direct, face-to-face interactions with members in homes and community events, using company devices and CRM tools to educate on Medicare Advantage plans and additional Humana offerings. The position requires an active health insurance license (or ability to obtain) and residency in the local territory.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Medicare Advantage and other Humana offerings.
• Differentiate by building in-person connections through community events and home visits.
• Grow: drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Leverage Technology: use iPads and multiple platforms for consultations, enrollments and CRM updates.
