Job summary

Humana seeks Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a field-based role within their designated territory. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings, building trusted face-to-face relationships through community events and in-home visits.

You will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and collaborate with a small team to drive self-generated sales while using iPads and CRM tools to manage enrollments and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
• Able to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with enrollment tools and multiple technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, events, and home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals while expanding Humana's presence.
• Utilize company devices and digital platforms to support enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
