Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to operate within a designated territory in the United States.

The role involves educating members about Medicare Advantage, Life, Dental, Vision, and prescription coverage, while building personal connections through community events and in-home visits. You will use company tools (iPad, CRM) to support consultations, enrollments, and follow-ups, driving self-generated sales and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain Active Health Insurance License before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at events, or in the community.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.
• Build face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Use iPads and multiple platforms for member consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
