Clariness GmbH is hiring a freelance representative to manage clinical trial sites and ensure patient recruitment. You will be the contact person for patients and coordinate between doctors and patients.

Candidates should speak Hungarian and English, have medical field experience, and be able to handle calls and emails while staying organized. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must speak Hungarian and English.
• Nurse, CRA or medical field experience.
• Experience in call center or customer service via phone and email.
• Understanding of medical topics.
• Well-organized and confident communicator with the desire to provide first-class service.
• Able to work morning, noon, afternoon and evening shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the contact person for patients.
• Screen patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
• Help doctors and patients connect with each other.
