Responsibilities

• Receive, record, coordinate, and dispatch non-emergent transports.
• Verify resource availability for the daily transfer load.
• Provide timely dispatching via radio and Navigator.
• Maintain professional, customer service-oriented relationships with facility callers.
• Obtain ABN as needed and review PCS for compliance billing.
• Communicate daily workflow changes to dispatch personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
