Job summary

Mobile Medical Response is seeking an Entry level Carevan Technician in Lansing, MI to transport clients safely to and from appointments according to the daily schedule. You will represent the organization professionally, maintain vehicle proficiency, and assist patients with mobility needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Michigan driver license, and Healthcare Provider certification with ongoing training. On-site work with varying shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Michigan driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Current Healthcare Provider certification (American Heart Association).
• Proficiency with maps/directions and computer use.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with EMS radio equipment and FCC rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from appointments per schedule.
• Represent MMR professionally to the public.
• Maintain proficiency across all Carevans in the fleet.
• Assist patients into the vehicle and provide wheelchair support as needed.
• Adhere to policies, attend meetings, and participate in training.
• Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance needs.
