Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Per Diem Transport Coordinator to manage ground patient transports, triage requests, and schedule dispatches from its Junction Building - HQ. The role involves coordinating with Care Navigation, Access, Field Supervision, and Facilities to ensure efficient daily transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage ground patient transport requests.
• Schedule and organize Zoll/Logis entries and dispatch processing.
• Coordinate daily transport schedules with Care Navigation, Access, Field Supervision and Facilities.
• Input transport data and communications into CAD system accurately.
• Dispatch and track ambulances and Ambulette units to facilities using established procedures.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or delays to the Systems Supervisor.
