Responsibilities

• Performs testing procedures following QA guidelines and documents results.
• Prepares reagents and maintains inventory to reduce waste.
• Troubleshoots with service hotlines and coordinates with specialists when needed.
• Ensures compliance with CAP, TJC, OSHA through documentation and procedures.
• Communicates shift-to-shift with leadership about issues affecting patient care.
