Responsibilities

Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests as authorized within established protocols.

Performs calibration, maintenance and repair of instruments and equipment.
Performs quality control and quality assurance per protocol.
Collects specimens from newborn to adult patients per protocol.
Provides direction and training to staff and students as assigned.
Improves quality and efficiency while ensuring accreditation standards.
