Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Medical Laboratory professional to perform and monitor laboratory tests across multiple specialties. You will ensure proper specimen handling, calibration, and timely communication of results to clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology or related field.
• ASCP MT/MLS or AMT certification to be obtained within 1 year.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor laboratory tests within established protocols and optimize workflow.
• Evaluate results for clinical significance and report as required.
• Calibrate, maintain, and repair instruments and document quality control.
• Provide guidance and training to technicians, phlebotomists, and staff.
