St. John's Hospital in Leavenworth, KS is seeking a Medical/Surgical LPN to join a full-time daytime shift. The role supports patients across a wide range of medical needs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, vital signs, medications, wound care, discharge planning, and education for patients and families as part of a collaborative care team.

• Current and valid state license
• Current BLS certificate upon hire
• IV certification upon hire (state specific)

• Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report changes in patient condition.
