BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Medical Support Specialist to determine donor eligibility, monitor adverse events, and review test results in a busy plasma center in Tampa. The role reports to the Center Manager and collaborates with the Center Physician for medical issues.

You will support vaccination programs, incident management, and EHS guidance while upholding regulatory standards and ensuring donor safety. A clinical background is required.

Qualificações

• Active EMT licensure in the state of responsibility is required.
• Current CPR and AED certification must be maintained.
• FDA‑approved BioLife Medical Support Specialist training completed.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility, consent, and medical history per SOPs.
• Assess donor reactions and manage medical emergencies following standing orders.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
• Support vaccination programs and assist with EHS-related activities.
• Coordinate with Center Physician and Medical Affairs for medical guidance.
