Qualifications

• Licensed or certified in the state of practice (EMT-B/A/I/P, LPN/LVN, or RN).
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Complete FDA approved BioLife Medical Support Specialist training.
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, education, and screening.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance; assist pandemic coordination when authorized.
