Concentra is seeking a Medical Assistant in Bangor, ME to join our patient care team. You will perform routine medical and testing procedures under supervision, assist clinicians, and support front/back office tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with externship preferred, or 1+ year direct patient care as MA.
• Minimum six months of MA experience.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for examinations including vital signs and ancillary testing.
• Perform rapid screening tests (influenza, strep, glucose, etc.).
• Assist providers during examination and treatment.
• Handle clerical tasks and ensure proper documentation.
