The MSS will assist with examinations, vital signs, testing, vaccines, front/back office duties, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with externship preferred, or at least 1 year of direct patient care.
• Credentials must meet state requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine medical procedures and assist clinicians during examinations.
• Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and assist with testing and vaccines.
• Triaging and handling front/back office duties and documentation.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and cleanliness of the center.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
