Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• CNA or related degree preferred
• Must maintain Med Aide certification
• Ability to pass a criminal, APS/CPS and Medicaid exclusion background check
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure eMARS records are correct, unlocked, and usable by Med Aides and reconciled monthly
• Schedule, track, and complete all routine, follow-up, and specialist medical appointments
• Arrange transportation to medical appointments and update Therap with follow-ups
• Build and maintain a network of local physicians and medical offices
• Provide health updates to stakeholders and train staff on new medical documentation or delegated procedures
• Perform Med Aide competency per Duet policy and procedure
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
