Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience in human services preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background and other checks including Adult/Child Protective Services as applicable.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to transport persons in services.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursing staff in administering medical care and in caring for people served.
• Transport people to appointments and community activities.
• Assist in admissions and transfers to hospital; help with treatments and cares as directed.
• Attend meetings, document care and planning activities, and maintain confidentiality.
