Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA or related degree preferred.
• Must maintain Med Aide certification.
• Ability to pass criminal, APS/CPS and Medicaid exclusion background checks.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure eMARS (electronic Medication Administration Records) are correct, unlocked, and usable by Med Aides.
• Reconcile monthly medication counts with physical inventory.
• Schedule and coordinate routine, follow-up, and urgent medical appointments; arrange transportation.
• Enter all appointments and follow ups into Therap and update accordingly.
• Build and maintain a local network of physicians and medical offices.
• Provide health updates to stakeholders and train staff on new medical documentation.
