These Medical Support Assistant (Advanced) positions are based at the Boston VA Medical Center, serving various services. This is a standing register open until 09/23/2025, with initial referral cut-off around 06/02/2025, and subsequent reviews biweekly or as needed.
Monday to Friday, day shift. Specific hours to be determined.
Basic Requirements: U.S. citizenship, high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience, proficiency in English.
Grade Level GS-06: One year of specialized experience, including clinic scheduling, customer service, and familiarity with medical terminology. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, organize, communicate, and understand healthcare processes.
