Pay Range: $55,959 - $72,744 per year (based on skills and experience)
These positions serve as Medical Support Assistants (Advanced) across various services at the Boston VA Healthcare System. This open and continuous announcement (OCA) establishes a standing register of eligible applicants, closing on 09/23/2025, with initial review around 06/02/2025 and ongoing reviews as vacancies occur.
Monday through Friday, day shift hours (to be determined). Not authorized for remote or telework arrangements.
Basic Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, or six months of relevant experience, and proficiency in English.
Grade Level GS-06: One year of experience at GS-05 level, with clinic experience and high customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, prioritize, communicate effectively, and understand healthcare processes.
