Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Medical Supply Coordinator in Montgomery County, PA to manage medical and nursing supplies within central supply and other designated areas, while developing weekly orders to ensure continuous patient care.

You will monitor supply utilization, confirm receipts, and report to nursing leadership, following SOPs and budgeting guidelines. Relevant experience with inventory systems and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiar with nursing and medical supplies used in long-term care or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of inventory management tools, online purchasing system, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email).

Responsibilities

• Manage medical and nursing supplies inventory within central supply and other designated areas.
• Develop and place weekly orders; monitor and report on supply utilization to nursing and administration.
• Verify items on invoices are priced correctly; ensure proper receipt of shipments.
