Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Medical Supply Coordinator to manage inventory of medical and nursing supplies, coordinate weekly orders, and ensure budget-conscious purchasing across central supply and designated areas.

You will partner with nursing leadership, establish reorder points, restock units, and verify invoices to maintain supply readiness and patient care efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be familiar with nursing and medical supplies used in long-term care or healthcare.
• Must have a working knowledge of inventory management tools, online purchasing system, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email), other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical and nursing supplies inventory and distribute to designated areas; place weekly orders.
• Partner with nursing center leadership to ensure budget compliance and minimize emergency orders.
• Establish reorder points for routinely used products.
• Restock unit-based locations and patient rooms to ensure nursing customer satisfaction.
• Verify receipts and pricing on invoices.
