Laurel Ridge Treatment Center seeks a Medical Supply Coordinator to manage the nursing and medical supplies inventory across central supply and designated areas, develop weekly orders, and monitor supply utilization to support nursing and administration.

The role collaborates with nursing leadership to ensure budget alignment, maintains reorder points, restocks units, and verifies shipments and invoices for accuracy, ensuring timely availability of essential supplies for patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with nursing/medical supplies used in long-term care or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of inventory management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical and nursing supplies inventory across central supply and designated areas.
• Develop and place weekly orders; monitor and report on supply utilization.
• Establish reorder points for routinely used products.
• Restock unit-based locations and patient rooms; ensure nursing customer satisfaction.
• Verify items on invoices are priced correctly.
