You will develop weekly orders, monitor utilization, and report to administration while ensuring readiness and budget adherence. The role requires familiarity with long-term care supplies, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of purchasing systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be familiar with nursing and medical supplies used in long-term care or healthcare.
• Must have a working knowledge of inventory management tools, online purchasing system, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email), other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical and nursing supplies inventory in central supply and designated areas.
• Develop and place weekly orders; monitor and report supply utilization to nursing and administration.
• Partner with nursing center leadership to ensure SOP compliance and budget adherence.
• Establish reorder point information for routinely used products.
• Restock unit-based locations and verify receipts and pricing on invoices.
