Marin Community Clinics in Novato seeks a temporary Medical Staff Coordinator to manage provider schedules and payroll workflows onsite. The role supports medical, behavioral health and dental staffing, ensuring adequate clinic coverage and timely shift publishing.

Requirements include a high school diploma, with preference for a bachelor’s or higher. Experience in healthcare coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Epic and Microsoft Office are expected.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or some college is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a similar health care coordination or administrative role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Epic system: open schedules, create visit templates, and block shifts as needed.
• Track and manage provider schedules to prepare and complete payroll.
• Maintain minimal provider staffing at clinics.
• Staff, create and publish Saturday clinic schedule.
• Create and publish Adult After-Hours rotation.
• Publish MCC’s pediatric hospital rounds schedule monthly.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership on scheduling and administrative needs.
• Coordinate coverage for dental providers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Patient Engagement Services.
