Job summary

Marin Community Clinics is seeking a temporary Medical Staff Coordinator to manage provider schedules and timecard records in Novato, CA. The role supports Epic scheduling, payroll preparation and coordination with clinic leadership on staffing needs.

The position is onsite, 8:00am–5:00pm, for 3 to 6 months with a focus on ensuring coverage across clinics and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and orally.
• Requires high level of initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage workload to completion.
• Experience with scheduling and administrative support in healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epic system use: opening schedules, visit templates, and blocking shifts.
• Track and manage provider schedules to prepare and complete payroll.
• Maintain minimal provider staffing at clinics and publish Saturday rotations.
• Create and publish Adult After-Hours rotation and monthly pediatric rounds schedule.
• Coordinate with Clinic leadership on schedules and administrative needs.
