Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, partnering with clinical teams, and serving as a primary contact for providers and staff to resolve credentialing issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• CPCS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years technical/administrative experience in Medical Staff Services or acute care hospital setting.
• Strong computer, communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of provider credentialing using MD Staff or other credentialing software.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain credentialing records in designated systems.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams for onboarding and scheduling.
• Serve as point of contact for providers and staff and resolve credentialing questions.
