Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with initiative and reliability.
• Proficient with internet tools, Outlook, Excel, and Word; quick to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Answer and screen a high volume of inbound calls.
• Manage appointments: scheduling, moving, and canceling.
• Promote clinic services, products, programs, and promotions.
• Process client transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Open and close clinic operations and perform basic admin tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and support management as needed.
