SkinSpirit is seeking a Client Care Administrator in Seattle to support daily medical spa operations. You will handle telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, and closing transactions while delivering exceptional guest care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience in an aesthetic setting is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Answer high volume inbound calls and screen inquiries.
• Schedule, move, and cancel appointments.
• Promote clinic services, programs, and promotions to guests.
• Complete client transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Open and close clinic duties and provide admin support.
