Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Client Care Coordinator in Denver/Greenwood Village to support daily operations at our medical spa. You will handle phone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, and opening/closing transactions while delivering exceptional client care in a fast-paced setting.

We seek results-driven team players with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Prior medical spa or cosmetic procedures knowledge is a plus; familiarity with Zenoti and MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• 1+ years in customer or sales experience; cosmetic/aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Internet, Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone coverage and appointment scheduling.
• Register and open/close transactions; ensure guest confidentiality.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and basic administrative tasks.
• Promote treatments, products, and promotions to clients.
• Maintain accuracy and guest satisfaction in all interactions.
• Support management with projects as assigned.
